Impact of Artificial Intelligence Tools on Employee Productivity: A Quantitative Analysis in Tertiary Care Hospitals of Gujranwala

Given the Social Cognitive Theory concept in global understanding, Employee Productivity through Artificial Intelligence can be tested in other contexts. It is research within the tertiary care hospitals of City Gujranwala (GTH (775 bedded) and GMCTH 502 bedded). The results shows that AI tools significantly & positively helps the management and give a road map to facilitate their routine tasks and healthcare professionals to ease their clinical and theoretical concepts by using AI tools. This study also explores the hypothesis and the mediating role of Organizational Support (OS), use of Information Technology (IT) and Employee Innovations. The data was collection from the tertiary care hospitals of Gujranwala from 165 doctors, management and supportive staff. Partial Least Squares (PLS) results shown that the research can be conducted in other tertiary care hospitals to examine its impact. Other research areas include expanding the theoretical model with other independent and dependent variables and to validate it in different organizational contexts to make out a clearer image of the relationships one during the testing.

This study is the first basic work, which primarily deals with the socio-political contribution of Gurmani tribe in district Muzaffargarh. The contribution of the family is examined through their services in multi-sectors of the society to uplift and improve the life standard of the people in the region. From the colonial era the family of Mian Mehboob Gurmani considered important and had a status in the region as he was appointed an honorary magistrate with judicial powers. Later Nawab Mushtaq Gurmani and Mian Ghuam Jelani also played a remarable role in the politics of united India particularly in elections 1945-46. After the emergence of Pakistan Nawab Mushtaq Gurmani played an active role in the politics of west Pakistan as he served governor of west Pakistan during one unit. Later the foundation of Gurmani welfare foundation is a significant work which is a multi-dimensional organization which is serving the people in the region through education and health. This research article explores and highlights the services of Garmani Family in Muzaffargarh.

No doubt the woman has been hatred, neglected, slaughtered, sacrificed and rejected in different religions, cultures and civilizations throughout the human history. Mostly she has been relegated a secondary position in all walks of life. She has been considered an inferior creation, handmaiden, impure, a symbol of evil and a bone of contention. She has been treated the worse than slaves. In modern western world the voices for the women rights were raised in 18^th century. In 19^th century conventions were held and declarations were passed by women activists. Gradually the movements and organizations for women rights were founded to raise the voices and to achieve the goal. The slogans of women rights: freedom, liberty, equality and independence were the main theme of these movements. The movements of women rights reached at culmination in the end of 19^th and beginning of the 20^th century under the title feminism. Now in west the representative of women rights is the movement of feminism. This movement can be encircled in four waves. The representatives of this movement have claimed that they have achieved a lot in this respect. In this article our aim is to analyze that either woman has gotten the rights or she is in a new imprisonment and enslavement under the attractive slogans of liberty, freedom and rights.

In recent years, the threat of terrorism has considerably increased in the South Asian region. Pakistan, in particular, has been experiencing a hike in terror activity since the onset of 2021. This rise in the security challenges posed by terrorism to the region comes in tandem with the withdrawal of U.S. forces from Afghanistan and the Afghan Taliban’s return to power in Kabul. This research paper attempts to contextualize and understand the rise of terrorism across the region particularly under the Taliban administration. The paper concludes that owing to the Taliban’s ideological and operational ties with several militant groups in the area, the Afghan Taliban have remained relatively unable to restrain their activities. Consequently, militancy in the region is on the path of strengthening, thereby becoming a dire security challenge for regional peace and security in general, and Pakistan’s security in particular.

This paper demonstrates the Islamic principles of entrepreneurship and Islamic entrepreneurial ethics by utilizing the Quran, Hadith, and other available literature. The primary goal of this paper is to unravel the approach of Islam as a religion towards business activity and entrepreneurial activity. In addition, this paper focuses on how Islam as a religion affects entrepreneurial activity from micro to macro levels. The major themes of the study are halal, haram, taqwa, utilization of resources, business financing, and social and entrepreneurial responsibilities. In conclusion, the study regards Islam as an entrepreneurial religion. Topics for further recommendation are also given at the end for future researchers.

This Article examines two key aspects of international criminal procedure (ICP): the normative frameworks that govern ICP and procedures being utilized by International Criminal Tribunals (ICT) and Courts. It examines the established norms and practices of international tribunals. The discussion encompasses the formulation of standards, guidelines, and guarantees aimed at preventing judicial errors. It evaluates that whether ICP can be characterized as "adversarial," "inquisitorial," or “a blend of both”. It examines the case law and legal framework of international courts and tribunals. Employing a comparative and analytical research methodology, this article demonstrates that a genuinely hybrid procedure has emerged through successive amendments to the ICT for the former Yugoslavia and its rules of Procedure and Evidence (RPE) and the formulation of the Rome Statute. This procedure effectively synthesizes elements from both traditions; common law (adversarial) and civil law (inquisitorial) into a cohesive international legal framework. The article emphasizes the convergence of legal positions across jurisdictions. The observed similarities in legal frameworks arise from the universal recognition of the importance of justice in shaping human coexistence. However, the article acknowledges that the diversity in human minds leads to variations in devising solutions and creating means, explaining the inherent disparities in legal approaches across different contexts. It will be beneficial for Pakistan to adopt Islamic Criminal Procedure having hybrid criminal procedure that will improve the efficiency of our judicial system, ensuring swift resolution of criminal cases with effective outcomes.

The purpose of this article "Quran's Scientific Miracles and Scholars’ Opinions: A Research Study" is to highlight the contemporary scientific miracles of the Holy Qur'an and to present a research study of the opinions found among the scholars. To make everyone feel humbled, the Holy Quran has many such dimensions, such as eloquence, simplicity and syntax, science, news of the future, and has humbled all humanity. Also, the Quran has openly challenged all humanity that "If you are in doubt about what We have sent down to Our special individual, then make just one surah similar to it." (Al-Qur'an: 2/23) In another place, the Qur'an has mentioned the jinns along with humans that if you all think that you are capable of creating something even remotely like it, no one has ever produced something like it and you will find that you are not able to make something like this Qur'an. Now, there are researchers who are bringing forward many such information which the Qur'an had described about fourteen hundred years ago, which is a clear argument for the authenticity of the Qur'an and being the Book of Allah, also the scientific miracles of the Holy Qur'an and the opinions established by the commentators regarding this aspect have been described in this paper.
